This Monday, in the regular time and place (Nuffield LT/B, 7pm) we’ll be watching Persepolis, a critically acclaimed animated film about a girl growing up during the period around the 1979 Iranian Revolution, and the subsequent Islamisation of Iran. It explores themes like religious fundamentalism, authoritarianism, rebellion and is an absolute must see!
